The USC Center on Public Diplomacy was founded in 2003, as a joint effort between the USC Annenberg School for Communication and the USC School of International Relations. The Center was established as a joint academic research, teaching and training institution. The Center is headquartered in Los Angeles, but includes fellows and correspondents across the globe, from Washington DC, to New York, to the Middle East.
