WHO SHOULD APPLY

The Summer Institute is an exclusive training program designed for mid-career professionals in the field of public diplomacy and graduate students with several years of professional experience who wish to better understand and implement the tools of public diplomacy. The Institute is geared toward officials posted in ministries including foreign affairs, defense, and homeland security; agencies such as intelligence and economics; internationally focused non-governmental organizations and private sector companies.

Past participants have included individuals from the United Nations, the World Bank and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, China, Thailand and South Africa.
