A Berlin-based organisation, the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy (ICD), has unveiled plans to support Nigerian youths get access to higher education opportunities.

“In the framework of this programme to support Nigerian youth, the ICD will enable access to higher education opportunities and programmes for many Nigerians in Europe" — Dickson Omoregie Nigerian Representative, Institute for Cultural Diplomacy.
The Institute's Nigerian Representative, Dickson Omoregie, in a statement issued on Monday said it has concluded arrangements to launch an international programme to enable access to educational/professional development opportunities and scholarships.
“In the framework of this programme to support Nigerian youth, the ICD will enable access to higher education opportunities and programmes for many Nigerians in Europe," Omoregie.
“Ìt will also open an international career center in Abuja and Berlin, where Nigerian citizens will also be able to receive professional support and information, as well as job opportunities."
Omoregie further revealed that the programme would include free training courses for young Nigerian professionals to give them skills and strategies for success.
