Diarmuid Torney and CPD Contributing Scholar Mai'a K. Davis Cross discuss the European Union's environmental efforts around the world in their piece for the book European Union External Environmental Policy: Rules, Regulation and Governance Beyond Borders. Their chapter, "Environmental and Climate Diplomacy: Building Coalitions Through Persuasion" focuses on the EU's Green Diplomacy Network as well as its participation in the COP21 in 2015.
