Nordic Place Branding
Volume 12 of Place Branding and Public Diplomacy, a journal published by Palgrave-Macmillan, is now available online. The journal aims to bring together discussions from across a range of disciplines: “from political philosophy to public relations, by way of destination marketing, economics, social and cultural policy, international relations, public affairs, brand strategy, tourism promotion, inward investment promotion and export branding.” The latest issue focuses on the Nordic region, and features contributions from Director of USC's Master of Public Diplomacy Program and Place Branding co-editor Nicholas Cull and CPD Research Fellow James Pamment. The articles range across topics and disciplines, from a comparison of Finland and Sweden to an evaluation of the Swedish Institute's academic exchanges to the historical context of Nordic public diplomacy.
