Sergio is a first-year graduate student of Public Diplomacy at USC, specializing in media, politics, and branding. Prior to his studies, he worked as an investment analyst at ProMexico, the investment and business promotion agency of the Mexican federal government. Sergio graduated with a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
He is currently assisting Emily Metzgar with her CPD Research Fellowship Project: Journalism with Purpose: Foreign Policy, Domestic Politics & U.S. International Broadcasting.
