Living in Limbo: A Glimpse Into the Life of Asylum Seekers

Waiting can be incredibly difficult in any situation, but it is especially problematic for those seeking asylum. According to The Guardian, these people may have to wait months for an answer, all while living on approximately £5 a day. In order to bring attention to the harsh living conditions that asylum seekers face, Guardian VR partnered with ScanLAB Projects to create a virtual reality experience of their situation. The video features 360° views, allowing viewers to truly immerse themselves into the life of someone seeking asylum in the UK.

The "Limbo" experience is available here on YouTube. To learn more, check out this article written in The Guardian about the project.
