CPD Public Diplomat in Residence Participates in DoS Conference

The USC Center on Public Diplomacy's U.S. State Department Public Diplomat in Residence Dr. Robert Banks will participate in the Third Annual Conference on Program Evaluation, hosted by the U.S. Department of State, in Washington, D.C. June 8-9.

Themed "New Paradigms for Evaluating Diplomacy in the 21st Century," the conference will address challenges and opportunities in evaluating complex U.S. government foreign policy priorities and effective evaluation strategies. Banks will join evaluation practitioners and representatives from international affairs, national security agencies, NGOs, the private sector, and academia.
