PDiN Monitor April Issue Out Now

CPD is pleased to announce the launch of the first interactive online edition of PDiN Monitor. The April 2011 issue focuses on the topic of Hyphenated Diplomacy.

What is the impact of new diplomatic terminology for traditional diplomacy and the new public diplomacy? How does "entertainment diplomacy" increase or decrease the value of the well-known field of cultural diplomacy? Can every person be a public diplomat as "citizen diplomacy" suggests? This issue of PDiN Monitor tackles the new concept of Hyphenated Diplomacy and discusses theoretical implications to the practice of public diplomacy and for diplomacy studies.

NEW: The April 2011 issue issue of PDiN Monitor, CPD's electronic review of public diplomacy in the news, is the first interactive online edition. Readers can now comment on articles, search tags, jump to different pages and more easily access PDiN Monitor electronically.
