Roopa Desai Trilokekar Joins the PD Community at USC

The USC Center on Public Diplomacy and USC Annenberg Master in Public Diplomacy program is pleased to welcome Roopa Desai Trilokekar as the 2021 Canada-U.S. Fulbright Visiting Research Chair in Public Diplomacy. Trilokekar is Associate Professor of Post-Secondary Education in the Faculty of Education at York University and holds a Ph.D. in higher education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto. Roopa's current research interests focus on the internationalization of higher education as government and institutional policy, student experiential learning through international education, and intercultural and cross-cultural learning.
