Voice of America Interviews CPD Fellow Clayton Dube

Voice of America interviewed Clayton Dube, associate director of the USC U.S.-China Institute, about U.S.-Taiwan relations. The representative must also be an effective observer so as to provide Washington with good advice regarding trends in the region, he added.
