The USC Center on Public Diplomacy has released its latest Annual Report which highlights the Center’s work over the 2011-2012 academic year. CPD's research projects, publications, events programming and professional training are outlined as well as examples of its international reach and its important ties to USC's Master of Public Diplomacy program.

CPD Research Fellow 2011-13, Sarah Ellen Graham, pens the latest paper for the CPD Perspectives on Public Diplomacy series. Her research focuses on the bilateral relationship between the United States and India and culminates in her paper "Engaging India: Public Diplomacy and Indo-American Relations to 1957".

The newest paper in the CPD Perspectives on Public Diplomacy series written by USC Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism dean, Ernest J. Wilson, III, studies the newest public diplomacy actor, Silicon Valley, as it becomes a significant player in U.S. foreign policy.

CPD University Fellow Nicholas J. Cull recently published The Decline and Fall of the United States Information Agency: American Public Diplomacy, 1989-2001 continuing his examination into the USIA

Speaking to a full house of USC students and faculty on October 2, Under Secretary of State Tara D. Sonenshine provided an insider's glimpse into the work of the Office of Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs.

The USC Center on Public Diplomacy is pleased to announce its new CPD Research Fellows for 2012-14: Amelia Arsenault, Craig Hayden, and James Ketterer.

Public Diplomacy Magazine is now accepting submissions for its Winter 2013 issue on Sports Diplomacy.

The latest contribution to CPD's Faith Diplomacy Initiative is a CPD Perspectives on Public Diplomacy paper titled "Buddhist Diplomacy: History and Status Quo" by CPD contributing scholar Juyan Zhang. The paper examines how Buddhism has utilized public diplomacy in disseminating the religion throughout the centuries.
