CPD Director Participates in Pacific Council on International Policy Exchange

CPD Director Philip Seib participated in a conference call exchange hosted by the Pacific Council on International Policy April 22.

Alongside Colleen Graffy, Former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy for Europe and Eurasia, Seib discussed the “U.S. Image in the World: Can Obama Make a Difference?” Together, they discussed public diplomacy efforts by the Obama administration, analyzed successes and failures, and provided recommendations for public diplomacy efforts involving the Muslim world and populations in Russia, Latin America and Africa.
