CPD Director Phil Seib discussed public diplomacy with officials of Headquarters Central Command (CENTCOM) in Tampa, Fla. Aug. 18. Specifically, Seib discussed using public diplomacy as a counterterrorism tool and CENTCOM officials also briefed him on their current activities.
