New CPD Perspectives: PD 2.0 and South Africa

CPD is pleased to announce the publication of "Centers of Gravity in Public Diplomacy 2.0: A Case Study of U.S. Efforts in South Africa," by 2012-2014 CPD Research Fellow Amelia Arsenault. This most recent issue of CPD Perspectives on Public Diplomacy analyzes social media use, as well as mainstream media online, around the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) in South Africa.
