Description
This program offers USC graduate students direct exposure to the academic and practical field of public diplomacy research and publications. Selected students assist CPD Research Fellows with their CPD Research Fellowship. This unpaid position is an opportunity available to USC students to gain experience in academic research and scholarship in the field of public diplomacy.

Currently, we are accepting applications for the following projects.
CPD Project: “South Korea's Soft Power Impact in the United States”
If you are interested to join this project as a Research Assistant, please apply by sending an email to cpd@usc.edu, specify which project you would like to work on, include your CV and your availability for the remainder of the 2024-25 Academic year. Applications are due by March 15, 2024, with a start date of April 1.

Requirements
• Current USC graduate student status
• Excellent conceptual and empirical research capability, writing and communications skills (in English)
• Reliable and professional work ethic
• Self-starter motivated to work independently and be regularly available for consultation with CPD staff and USC CPD Research Fellows
• Strong interest in research topic at hand
• Experience performing systemic literature review
