CPD Director Addresses USC Alumni in Texas

CPD Director Philip Seib spoke to USC alumni in Dallas and Houston April 27-28 on “Public Diplomacy and the Obama Moment.” At these gatherings, Seib offered insight into the role of public diplomacy, including its relation to anti-terrorism and U.S. foreign policy.
