CPD DIRECTOR PARTICIPATES IN BROOKINGS FORUM IN DOHA

CPD Director Philip Seib participated in the 2010 U.S.-Islamic World Forum, themed “Writing the Next Chapter,” Feb. 13-15 in Doha.

The forum, hosted by the Brookings Institution in conjunction with the State of Qatar and Brookings’ Saban Center, brought together U.S. and Muslim leaders to address issues of concern to the United States and the Muslim community. At the forum, Seib engaged in a discussion, “New Media to Further Global Engagement,” with participants from other academic, think tank and media organizations from around the world.
