CPD DIRECTOR SPEAKS IN ISA ANNUAL CONVENTION IN NEW ORLEANS

CPD Director Philip Seib participated in the 51st International Studies Association (ISA) Annual Convention in New Orleans, La. Feb. 17-20.

At the convention, Seib chaired several panel discussions on topics relevant to the current international media atmosphere, including Terrorism and New Media, and Politics of Information: Media Freedom and Government Control. In another roundtable discussion, Seib joined other visiting professors from U.S. and international universities to discuss the Battle for Influence: Great Powers in the 21st Century.
