Cyberdiplomacy, Managing Security and Governance Online, a new book by British Senior Visiting Fellow of the Netherlands Institute of International Relations (“Clingendael”) Shaun Riordan, argues that traditional diplomatic approaches can be integrated with new technologies to address these challenges.
