Tracy Bloom
Former Associate Editor, PDiN Monitor, Candidate for Master of Communication Management, USC

Tracy Bloom served as the Associate Editor of the Center on Public Diplomacy’s monthly e-digest PDiN Monitor. She holds a masters in Communication Management at the USC Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism.

At USC, Tracy was also an Executive Producer and political blogger for Neon Tommy, the university’s student-run digital publication. She interned at the Norman Lear Center, where she worked as a coder and researcher on a local news content analysis study released in 2010.

Tracy graduated from USC in 2004 with a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and a Minor in Sociology. Prior to coming back to school, Tracy was a local television news producer. She started in news as a production assistant in the Los Angeles market. In addition to news, Tracy has also worked in the fields of entertainment and law.
