Genevieve Neilson is a Presidential Management Fellow with the U.S. Department of Commerce and a Pacific Security Scholar with the Islands Society. Her research interests include climate change adaptation, public diplomacy and international political economy. Genevieve received a M.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University and B.A.(Hons.) from Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand. She also blogs at PacificUSForum.com.
