Alasdair Donaldson is Senior Policy Advisor and Editor at the British Council. He is author of several reports on soft power and cultural relations, including "A Special Relationship?," a British Council research report about how culture is the driving factor in UK-US ties. He is the project manager of the Cultural Value Project and co-author of "Culture in an Age of Uncertainty."
