Naathapit “Otto” Lamsam
Programming and Operations Assistant, Candidate, Master of Public Diplomacy

Naathapit “Otto” Lamsam is a graduate student pursuing a Master of Public Diplomacy at the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.

Otto graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Communications. Upon graduating college, he interned with Mereulo Media, where he produced digital content for the famous Los Angeles radio station Power 106. Later, he served in the Royal Thai Army, where he was responsible for overseeing the social media content strategy and document digitization initiatives for his brigade. 

Otto is interested in cultural diplomacy, soft power, and the role of exhibitions in international affairs.
