Nilotpal Bhattacharjee is currently pursuing his doctoral research on digital diplomacy at Assam University, Silchar, India. His research pursuits primarily revolve around the intersections of political communication, international communication, and social media. An alumnus of the Thomson Reuters Foundation, he previously worked as a media analyst for the U.S. Embassy and Australian High Commission in New Delhi and as a Social Media and Advocacy Officer for the United Nations in India.
