Dr. Xin Liu is currently a Senior Lecturer and Chinese Course Leader at the School of Language and Global Studies, University of Central Lancashire, UK. She received her PhD in China’s Cultural Diplomacy and MBA in Change Management in the same university. Her research interest lies in the multidisciplinary area covering public diplomacy, cultural studies, international relations, media and communications.
