Daniele CarminatiĀ is a lecturer in International Relations and Diplomacy at the Beijing Foreign Studies University and holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from the City University of Hong Kong. His research interest revolves around soft power dynamics across East and Southeast Asia with a particular focus on connectivity (e.g., Belt and Road Initiative).
