Tech@State: Mobile Diplomacy
In this breakout panel, hosted by Tech@State on October 3 and moderated by Darrell West from the Brookings Institution, panelists from the U.S. Department of State, Peace Corps, Ushahidi, and USAID, explored how mobile technologies are empowering U.S. diplomacy.
