The University of Cambridge, United Kingdom’s Judge Business School has acknowledged the Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), West Africa, in its new model for CSR. The Centre for CSR, one of the sub-region’s leading sustainability and corporate social responsibility, events and advocacy organisations contributed to an extensive CSR research conducted by Professor Peter Williamson, a Professor of International Management at the University of Cambridge.
Together, the 15 high schoolers formed a team for the first World Smarts STEM Challenge. That's a science competition run by IREX, a global development nonprofit that strives to promote student enthusiasm for science, tech, engineering and math (aka STEM). Each of the 17 teams had teenagers in the D.C. area partnering with Ghanaians to identify and solve a real-world problem.

A group of Danish students numbering over 200 and their teachers from Hald Ege Boarding School in Denmark have arrived at the Malshegu community in the Sagnarigu District of the Northern Region on a week-long cultural and educational exchange programme to learn more about Ghanaians and their culture.
