Derek Bolton is the Managing Director of the Baltic Islands Society. He is also a Young Leader at Pacific Forum CSIS. Prior to these roles, he was a Research Associate at Global Co Lab Network and Junior Research Fellow at the American Security Project. He was also a Development Associate with American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) and worked on Science Engagement and State Department CTR Programs with CRDF Global.
