Volodymyr Sheiko is director general of the Ukrainian Institute, Ukraine’s cultural diplomacy organization established in 2018 and affiliated with the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Sheiko has held arts management, marketing and communications roles at the British Council in its Wider Europe region. He has designed and implemented over 100 cultural projects across Europe and in the U.S. Sheiko is a 2019 graduate of CPD Summer Institute, CPD’s professional training program in public diplomacy.
