Anayat Sekhon is a rising junior studying Business Administration and Statistics at the University of Southern California. She spent her freshman summer interning in Taipei with a consulting firm as a Research Associate. In addition, she was a Research Assistant at the Finance Lab and a Student Mentor at the Robert J. Coury Leadership Program at the Marshall School of Business. She is currently conducting independent research in Los Angeles toward her senior thesis on China's macroeconomic prospects. Her areas of interest include geopolitics, postcolonial theory, economics, international law and public policy.
She worked with the USC Center on Public Diplomacy as a student assistant for the 2018 Summer Institute program.
