Dr Charu Ratna Dubey is a MoFA Taiwan Fellow at National Chengchi University and an Assistant Professor at Chanakya University, Bangalore, India.

He is currently affiliated with the Graduate Institute of Development Studies, National Chengchi University, Taipei and working on a research project funded by Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
