Emily is a CPD Contributing Researcher on Global Cities and the Diplomacy of Sustainability. Her research will be focusing on water and waste infrastructure and how global cities address issues of climate change as an aspect of public diplomacy.

Emily is a first year student in the Master's of Public Diplomacy program at USC. She received her BA in political science from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. As a student of international politics, she has studied vast issues facing many different regions and is particularly interested in how countries and major cities can cooperate to address issues of sustainability in the face of climate change.
