Hailun (Helen) Tian will graduate from Fudan University, China, with a B.A. in International Politics. She was awarded the 2022 Shanghai Government Scholarship. She was appointed head of the Guest Service Department of the YICMG Organizing Committee in 2022, which hosts annual international innovation competitions for youths in the Lancang-Mekong region. She studied at the University of California, Los Angeles, for the 2023 fall quarter, and took courses in Public Diplomacy, International Political Economy and International Development.
