Huang Rihan has been a research fellow at the Charhar Institute since 2013. He is also an assistant research fellow at the Center on China and International Relations at the University of International Relations, and since 2003 has served as director of the China International Relations Forum. Huang is Deputy General Editor of the Journal of International Security. His research areas of focus are Sino-U.S. relations, international security, cyber politics, and risk analysis of China's overseas investments.
