Lisa Larsen is the Assistant Director for Programming and Events at the USC Center on Public Diplomacy at the Annenberg School. She joined the Center in July 2007 and is responsible for planning and managing the Summer Institute in Advanced Public Diplomacy and the other various events and conferences sponsored or hosted by the Center.
Prior to joining the Center, Lisa was a creative executive at Warner Independent Pictures, where she participated in the development and production of a number of feature films. In 2005, she was an assistant to Beth Swofford at Creative Artists Agency, with administrative responsibility for managing Beth’s office and assisting many high level actors, directors and writers.
A graduate of Brigham Young University, she holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music, Dance, Theater. While at Brigham Young, Lisa was cast in several musicals and performed the leading role in Shakespeare’s A Winter’s Tale. She also spent a semester abroad in Paris, France, studying French culture and exploring the many wonderful artistic and culinary experiences France has to offer.
