Rachel Chan
Publications Intern, Candidate for Master of Public Diplomacy, USC

Rachel is a PDiN Contributing Researcher for CPD, helping to aggregate public diplomacy news stories on a daily basis. A first-year Master of Public Diplomacy student from Singapore, she has a special interest in the cultural diplomacy and nation branding of Asia. Rachel majored in communication studies and minored in English Literature at Nanyang Technological University. After graduation, she went on to work in public relations and branding where she was mainly involved in crafting written material like press releases and speeches, conceptualizing media outreach strategies, and developing proposals for product and service launches.
