Sam Yeboah is an expert in Public Law and International Law. He manages several research projects focused on Public Diplomacy and International Relations. Sam is part of a team pursuing exploratory research on the concept of Smart Power in Statecraft and Public Diplomacy.

He studied in the UK, where he earned a Qualifying Law degree (LLB, England & Wales), and a Masters in Technology & Learning Design.
