Syuzanna Petrosyan earned a Master's Degree in Public Diplomacy at USC's Annenberg School for Communications and Journalism in June, 2014. She was an intern at USC Shoah Foundation for almost two years, where she worked mainly with the department of research and documentation. Syuzanna also served as an executive producer for Annenberg’s digital news site, Neon Tommy, and was a senior editor for USC’s Public Diplomacy Magazine.

Syuzanna holds a B.A. in International Studies and Economics from University of California, Irvine. Her work focuses on media in conflict regions as well as international and/or regional responses to conflict. Syuzanna is a trained mediator and speaks Armenian, and conversational Russian and Spanish.
