Wen Chen has been serving as a public relations specialist and communication liaison for international affairs and ceremonies for the last six years. She has played a significant role in projects for the Shanghai World Expo, American-Chinese CEO Society, CNN, 20th Century Fox, ABC Studios, CBS Productions, NBC, Disney Studio, and Warner Brothers. She is passionate about her work as a cultural liaison.
Having emigrated from China to the U.S., Wen observes U.S.-China relations with a unique understanding of both cultures. Through her experiences in public diplomacy and strategic communication, she has primarily focused her efforts on cultural diplomacy and nations’ political engagement through media, art, and sports.
Wen received her Master of Public Diplomacy and BA in Communication from the University of Southern California's Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism and the School of International Relations. Her studies focused on cultural and educational diplomacy, exchanges, public communication campaigns, public and interpersonal communication, public speaking, media effects, and nation branding.
Wen currently serves as President and CEO of Worldwide Exchange Network INC., a corporation formed to enrich global cultural connections through exchanges in arts and luxury cultural products. She writes and speaks fluently in both English and Chinese.
