Whitney Tang is a master's student majoring in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs at USC Rossier School of Education. At CPD, Whitney works as a Research Intern for Dr. Sascha Priewe's Research Fellowship project: "Museum Diplomacy: Parsing the Global Engagement of Museums."

Originally from Los Angeles County, Whitney completed her undergraduate degree at California State University, Fullerton and majored in Business Administration with double concentration in Marketing and General Management. In addition to CPD, Whitney currently serves as a Resident Assistant at USC Residential Education and a Graduate Career Advising Intern at USC Viterbi Career Connections.

Following graduation, Whitney hopes to pursue a doctoral degree in higher education with research focused in increasing racial equity and supporting historically marginalized groups in higher education. She is excited to be working with CPD to explore how museums, as educational agencies, develop empathy through social experience and how this impacts global and cultural diplomacy.
