Zach Devereaux is the Chief Analyst at Nexalogy Environics in Montreal, Canada. Zach holds a BA in History from the University of Alberta, completed a year of graduate coursework in European Communication Studies at the University of Amsterdam, and holds an Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Alberta. Currently Zach is finishing his PhD dissertation in the Joint Programme in Communication and Culture at Ryerson and York Universities in Toronto. His dissertation is titled “”Object-oriented Democracy? Canadian Political Communication on and through YouTube” and evaluates the role of YouTube in the Ontario 2007 and Canadian Federal 2008 Elections.
