The USC Center on Public Diplomacy and the British Consulate–General in Los Angeles were pleased to host a conversation about the role of sports diplomacy in 2012. In hosting the games, London contributed to the branding of GREAT Britain and to ambitious economic development.

The USC Center on Public Diplomacy and the Pacific Council on International Policy were pleased to host a conversation about The Iran Project featuring Ambassador William H.

The USC Center on Public Diplomacy and the International Visitor Leadership Program hosted a small round-table conversation about public diplomacy and the role of journalism in post-Gaddafi Libya with a group of seven Libyan reporters and media professionals.

The USC Center on Public Diplomacy was pleased to present a book talk with CPD Director, Philip Seib, on his recently published book, “Real-Time Diplomacy: Politics and Power in the Social Media Era.”

2012 marks the seventh annual Summer Institute in Public Diplomacy. This innovative two-week training program is run by the USC Center on Public Diplomacy at the Annenberg School, and is an opportunity for professionals to collaborate and immerse themselves in the increasingly critical study of public diplomacy.
