The latest issue includes a mix of features, case studies, perspectives and interview pieces exploring the power of non-state actors in globalization. Readers will find articles on celebrities, violent non-state actors, anonymous, public health actors, diasporas, and refugees. Using a diverse range of public diplomacy tools, these actors are starting to share the stage with traditional state actors.
