These performances offer one of the best forms of cultural exchanges currently available with North Korea; the Pyongyang National Circus is an oft-requested guest by international festivals around the world, even coming to Seoul in 2000.

The Asia Centre brings three Japanese dance troupes to communicate, connect and collaborate with Bangkok audiences. "Dance Dance Asia" has selected 10 Japanese street dance troupes to join the project in the first year, Khun Yo says.

Viewed in this light, India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s latest visit to Sri Lanka has gone off well, without setting the Palk Strait on fire.
