Korea Week in the Philippines is ongoing till Oct. 16 to mark Korea's National Foundation Day and Hangeul Day or Korean Alphabet Day. The week-long activity is spearheaded by the Korean Embassy in the Philippines, the Korean Cultural Center (KCC) and the United Korean Community Association in the Philippines (UKCA).

A ballet dancer and choreographer, she is heading a team of 12 artistes on a cultural exchange programme organised by the Indo-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industries on the occasion of the BRICS summit to be held in Goa between October 15 and 16. 

Canada will be responsible for designing and building a pavilion that will feature our country's rich talent and cultural diversity. The pavilion, which will occupy the Fair's main stage, will be filled with various Canadian cultural exhibitions; it will also offer programming such as author readings, dance, film and music that will promote Canadian artists and cultural entrepreneurs on the international scene.
