Felipe Carrera is a mid-career Foreign Service Officer currently based in Rome serving as the Consul of Mexico in Southern Italy, Albania, Malta and San Marino. Through his work, he has developed an expertise in international migration though he is interested in and passionate about public diplomacy, social innovation and strategic foresight.
