Xiao “Alicia” Liu is a former student pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and minors in international relations and history at the University of Southern California. At USC, she is an assistant editor at the Daily Trojan and a multimedia editor at Annenberg Media. 

Alicia is interested in diplomacy, global security, international organizations, and intercultural relations, with a regional emphasis in Europe and East Asia. After graduation, she hopes to work for media outlets and think tanks.
