Craig Simon is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China. His research focuses on the international relations of cities, often conceptualized as city diplomacy. Simon is especially interested in the global relationships of American and Chinese cities. He has published on city-to-city relationships during the COVID-19 pandemic and is currently working on a project about the production of urban cultural spaces that result from sister city relationships.
